Holly Shockey of Glee Club LLC

Holly Shockey

A native of Potomac, Md., Holly Shockey grew up performing in musicals and went on to earn a bachelor's degree in Musical Theatre from Syracuse University. Holly spent a number of years performing in local theatres, performing such roles as Maria from West Side Story, Christine in Phantom of The Opera, Sister Leo in Nunsense, and Julie Jordan from Carousel, to name a few.

Holly is proud to say that after 20 years, Holly has retired from The United States Army Band. Holly starting out as a soloist in the Army Chorale then embraced the change as a founding member of the Army's Premier Rock Band, Downrange, and finally spent the last part of her career helping to form and produce for the Army's newest group The Army Voices. Highlights of her career in the Army Band include: first female soloist in the 1996 Tattoo in Edinburgh, Scotland, viewed by millions around the world; White House for President Ford's 90th Birthday celebration where both Senior Bush's as well as Junior, was in attendance including most of the White House Cabinet; Soloist for Norwegian Tattoo a few years ago.

When Holly isn't performing with the Army, she spends her time performing at major events throughout the area. She is top soprano with the group, Uptown Vocal Jazz Quartet, a "Manhattan Transfer" like quartet where she is the Lead Soprano. Uptown performed a couple years ago in Nantes, France for the Nuit du Jazz Festival. A full biography of her group can be found here. Holly is also the resident vocalist for Spires Brass Band in Frederick, Maryland.

Holly has been teaching voice and performing privately for over 25 years. For the past 4 years she has been growing her company, Glee Club LLC, which started out as an after school enrichment program that helping young children to build self esteem through music and movement. Holly plans to continue to grow her business and her passion for instilling confidence in others while continuing to pursue her most important job being Mom to Hunter, Siena, and Ray.

Lindsey Grebeldinger

Mount Hope, New York, Mezzo-Soprano Lindsey Grebeldinger is a versatile singer and teacher with a love of many genres ranging from Musical theatre to opera, jazz and pop. She moved to the greater Washington, D.C. area in late 2014 for the position as an Alto Soloist in the United States Army Band "Pershing's Own" Army Voices.

Capable of performing in an array of classical and contemporary styles, Lindsey was given the rare opportunity of singing back-up vocals for international pop star, Josh Groban, during his world tour in 2013.

Lindsey has taken on a fun new adventure as a teacher at the McLean School of Music and for Glee Club, LLC. and encourages her students to abandon inhibitions and allow their creativity to flow freely. She is a firm believer in teaching healthful singing techniques and incorporating them into all styles of music.
